Send over an enquiry with your event date and selected items so we can confirm availabilty.

3. Receive Your Quote

We’ll provide a clear, personalised quote with a full cost breakdown—no surprises.

4. Secure Your Booking

Once you’re happy to proceed, a deposit will secure your date and items.

5. Collection or Delivery

You can either:

• Collect your items at the agreed time, or

• Arrange delivery (subject to availability and location at a fee)

7. Return After Your Event

Items are to be returned after your event on the agreed date. All packaging must also be returned to avoid additional charges.
